1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified by email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use major carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ERVOX is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
